Rwandan artist - Andy Bumuntu, real names Andy Kayigi was born in the year 1994 in Rwanda.

He started his music career at a tender age, drawing his inspiration from Senegalese legendary singer – Ismael Lo hence the reason he does Afro-soul / blues (music genres that are not so common), Andy Bumuntu told DJ Erycom of Pendona.com

Andy Bumuntu’s biggest song Ndashaje, introduced him to the world of music fans in 2016, and since then, the soft spoken talented singer has graced many concerts in and outside Rwanda.

Andy Bumuntu, who gave up with his “Electrical Engineering Course” at University, has gradually gained prominence reason being, he sings in Kinyarwanda, English and French.
