Biography

Josiane Uwineza also known as Miss Jojo, is a Rwanda artist born in 1982 in Bugesera District Rwanda.

Miss Jojo blends her music with traditional Rwanda instruments. She started singing in the year 2007 after she had won an Award in the then Rector Excellence Awardss held at the National Universty Of Rwanda.

After completing her Bachelors Degree in English, Miss Jojo later released her very first 6 track album titled "Genesis" which received massive airplay across most radio and television stations.

Her hard work enabled her to win the award for Best Female Artiste in the Salax awards  in the year 2012.

Since then, Miss Jojo turned into a very big house hold name in the Rwanda music industry, says DJ Erycom.
