Biography

Algerian musician Raja Meziane is an independent singer / songwriter and human rights activist who sings to express her commitment and support for people who struggle for freedom.

Her anti-government songs with powerful lyrics & heavy beats tackling social injustice, corruption, and inequality have seen her forced into exile from Algeria. Now based in Prague, she is a vocal supporter of ongoing Algeria's protests.

Her commitments for freedom & justice have made her nominated in the BBC list of the 100 most inspiring and influential women from around the world for 2019
